Terms of Service (TOS)
1. Payments
All commissions require payment upfront or a deposit before work begins. Full payment is expected before final files are delivered.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only given if the artist fails to deliver the work. Deposits may be non-refundable after work starts.
3. Revisions
Includes a set number of revisions, specified beforehand. Extra revisions may incur fees.
4. Delivery
Art delivered in the agreed format/resolution. Estimated delivery times vary. Artist will communicate delays.
5. Cancellation
Clients can cancel before work starts. Deposits may be retained if work has begun.
6. Usage & Copyright
Artist retains full copyright unless otherwise agreed. Clients get personal use rights only; commercial use must be negotiated.
7. Liability
Artist isn't responsible for misuse of artwork or damages resulting from commissioned work.
8. Conduct
Clients should communicate respectfully. Harassment may result in termination without refund.
9. Content & Warnings
Dark, mature themes will be specified in advance. Clients are responsible for viewing content responsibly.

Some artwork may include blood, gore, horror, sexual, or violent themes. Always specified in advance. Viewer discretion advised.
Artwork may depict sensitive imagery. Artist provides warnings where applicable.
